What you will be doing: Preparing residential interior and exterior surfaces (sanding, scraping, caulking, masking) Applying paint, stain, and finishes using brushes and rollers Setting up and safely working on ladders and lifts Maintaining clean and organized job sites Communicating professionally with homeowners Delivering high-quality results that meet company standards
