Plumber (Mac Powerhouse) This position is located at the Macdonald Campus of McGill University in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Hiring Unit: Facilities Management and Ancillary Services - Macdonald Campus Position Summary: Installs, modifies, replaces, repairs and maintains plumbing accessories such as: sanitary, heat and cooling systems; compressed air; high-pressure steam networks; natural gas and drainage systems. Qualifications: Must have the "Certificat en plomberie" from Emploi-Québec OR "Certificat de Compétence Compagnon (Plombier)". Steam fitting license required. Gas license (asset). Preventive and troubleshooting experience are an asset. English and French functional spoken and read, English or French functional written. Additional Details: Status: Full-Time Hours of Work: 38.75 hours/week Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plombier (central thermique Macdonald) Unité d’embauche : Gestion des installations et services auxiliaires - Campus Macdonald Sommaire du poste : Installe, modifie, remplace, répare et entretient les accessoires de plomberie tels que : les systèmes sanitaires, de chauffage et de refroidissement ; l'air comprimé ; les réseaux de vapeur à haute pression ; les systèmes de gaz naturel et de drainage. Compétences : Doit être titulaire du « Certificat en plomberie » d'Emploi-Québec OU du « Certificat de Compétence Compagnon (Plombier) ». Permis de vapeur requis. Permis de gaz (atout). Expérience en prévention et en dépannage, un atout. Maîtrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
