The Opportunity Do you have a passion for precision and a steady hand? We are looking for an aspiring welder to join our shop and learn the highly specialized art of Titanium TIG welding. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need a meticulous eye and a desire to build high-end, performance machinery. We will provide hands-on training to take you from a basic understanding of TIG to mastering thin-wall titanium bicycle frames. What You’ll Do: The Craft: Learn to weld titanium—a material known for its strength and weight Precision Prep: Master the art of tube mitering, cleaning, and jigging to ensure every frame is perfectly aligned. Quality Control: Learn to inspect your own welds for structural integrity and aesthetic perfection. Innovation: Work in a clean, creative environment where every millimeter counts. Who You Are: Foundational Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of TIG welding (DEP student, hobbyist, or entry-level pro). Detail-Oriented: You care about the look of a bead as much as its strength. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary. Steady Hands: Titanium is unforgiving—you must be patient and focused. Bike Enthusiast (Bonus): You don't have to be a cyclist, but it helps if you appreciate the engineering behind a great ride! Why Apply?
